What you must not do

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the rPPG measurement model, the stress-scoring algorithm, or any proprietary component of Pulsus.
Operate Pulsus commercially — reselling measurements, embedding it inside another product, using it as a corporate wellness benchmark for employees — without a written licence from us.
Scrape, spider, or bulk-download content, testimonials, or screenshots. Rate-limiting probes, credential stuffing, or any automated traversal of our product.
Submit content to the AI coach that is illegal, promotes self-harm to others, contains child sexual abuse material, or violates third-party intellectual property.
Create multiple free accounts to evade metering, quota limits, or ban lists.
Use Pulsus while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing any activity where inattention could harm you or others. See our medical disclaimer.
Upload measurements on behalf of another person without their informed consent.
Attempt to bypass the age gate at /legal/children, or create an account for a child under 16.

Enforcement ladder

Warning — first detected breach, we email you with the specific clause and a chance to remediate.
Temporary suspension (7–30 days) — access suspended; paid subscription freezes, billing pauses; data retained.
Permanent termination — account closed, data deleted per our Privacy Policy, prorated refund issued where legally required.

Severe breaches (e.g. CSAM, credible threats, deliberate reverse-engineering) skip the ladder and are terminated immediately with any applicable referral to law enforcement.
